Ronny D. Chitty
is
an Executive Consultant and Business Analyst.
He has been with the Firm since 1998, and has worked on 180
engagements dealing with business disputes, construction claims and
business consulting matters. Mr. Chitty has 25 years of various business,
analytical and lending experience within the airline industry,
automotive and service industries, and the federal government.
Mr. Chitty's
responsibilities include, but are not limited to, document organization,
document inventory, document management, verification, fact-finding and
research. He assists in studying and analyzing various business
records, financial statements and tax returns (business and/or personal).
Before
working for JANIK PC,
Mr. Chitty was a Mortgage Loan Officer for American Airlines Federal
Credit Union. His responsibilities included: member interview and
portfolio management of up to 75 mortgage loan requests at a time.
He performed credit analysis, financial analysis, employment and residency
analysis, property valuation analysis, setup closing and funding of
approved loans in a territory that included all 50 states and U.S.
territories.
In addition
Mr. Chitty was a General Loan Specialist for the U.S. Small Business
Administration (SBA). He worked in the Disaster Assistance Division
and assisted victims of federal and agency declared disasters within all
50 states and U.S. territories through government loans for home repair or
replacement, business repair or replacement and working capital for
businesses. His responsibilities included: workshop setups in the
field, victim interviews, issues and accept loan requests, assist in
replacement of lost financial, legal and personal documents, process loan
request through credit, financial and property analysis and make loan
decision recommendations to the agency, liaison between the SBA and the
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), among many other duties.
He received one Commendation award and two Special Achievement awards for
his work above and beyond the call of duty.
Mr. Chitty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration
in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has an
honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force and received a Commendation
medal for his work during the Viet Nam conflict.
